Tipping

Tipping is never required but always appreciated!
A 10-12 per cent service charge is generally added in hotels and restaurants and extra tips are discretionary. For tour guides, bus driver, bell men, and others we estimate the tips as follows:
- Tour Guide
- $100 per person for 10 days tour
- Bus Driver
- $25 per person for 10 days tour
- Baggage Tips
- JD1.00 (one dinar) per bag per hotel & airport
- Meal Tips
- JD1.00 (one dinar) per breakfast
- JD2.00 (two dinars) per lunch
- JD2.00 (two dinars) per dinner
